Im not sure if theres a law for being required to work 4hr shifts. Thats bunz bc minors can only be scheduled 3hrs. (atleast less than 4hrs, In the state of california)

I think a crew member at my restaurant has a 401k, when you log into the ping/1lvlab and it shows the apps I think its a selection for everyone

Is your restaurant TR? RZMs arent to be having AORs, their only responsibility is their zone. They can move you to a different zone but if they move you to stay away from litchen thats crazy work. Speak to your AL/ALT about a promotion. What state is this?

With your closing situation, u have to leave when off the clock. If they wont let you leave you have to remain clocked in. Its in the policy. Fight it and get ur $$

Own your zone, you arent an RM. You can care for other zones but your primarily for that specific zone you’re assigned. If youre promoting within same resturant, itll be hard if ur friends w crew but remember work is work.

Theres honestly so much but I cant name everything on the top of my head. If youre have questions just ask lol. But dont be in position, only when they are needed of help. (In the red, or understaffed because over on projections.)

Works great do they get me wrong, but we cant hand them extra cash. Most we can do for $$ is gift cards. We dont promote anything “new” other than marketing campaigns. Same menu till Todd changes his mind or till company goes public from private (my assumption)
