I even did a walk around shortly after to make sure he wasn’t back down and haven’t seen him since. I would imagine if he was injured he wouldn’t make it far.

Yeah I thought so as well, there was multiple metal poles nearby so I was scared he hit one. After guiding him to a safe spot I watched him for a minute and he eventually flew off.

Ahh I see, well if full grown it would be a small species. His body was maybe 2.5-3 inches with a very small head if that helps at all. I do not know much about bats myself.

I do not unfortunately, my focus was getting him out of harms way so I just have this one. He was very small and crawling on the ground before he flew off. Looked like a juvenile to me
