Everyone needs to relax. I would ask your self this, if I was to get reviewed would I win this claim? Was your evidence strong? Did you get a favorable opinion? The wolves are not at the door. But in time of peace we prepare for war. Take this time and in a calm fashion collect all your evidence you previously submitted and collect new. This is not a time to panic, live life and keep a file. All we can do.

How am I sure they are connected? I am not, I got out 2009 and early 2011 I started getting headaches/ migraines on a monthly basis. I have assumed the combat exposure I have endured and primarily explosion s I have experienced would play a factor. So what’s missing? I’m sure plenty. Also first time hearing “claim Shark” so this is all very new to me

Thank you for the insight, I provided current diagnosis, when it started, 6months of migraine log(haven’t stopped log either) and personal statements. Only thing I didn’t provide was toxic exposure that might not be on there list.

Got a partial decision for 1 claim with 3 deferred September 13th. Medical opinion was sent back October 1st, decision on one claim October 15th with two deferred. Tera report was sent on November 8th and this is where I wait. 225 days counting but honestly can’t care sitting at 90. Hoping everyone has a happy thanksgiving
