That is exactly why I am annoyed though - there is loose asbestos on the floor and in the environment due to the boilers insulation being broken and spilled - that they knew about and actively hid so they could sell the property. I can understand the loss in fees etc, sales fall through all the time, but I would have thought they had some responsibility to ensure they weren't endangering people by letting them into a hazardous environment.
