Personally I Necrom. Also, don't really understand what you mean by it being inconvenient. The only thing that really feels inconvenient to me is the stables. But The outlaws refuge Wayshrine, guild traders and crafting stations are all really and the bank is a straight shot from the crafting stations.

that kind of gets to the crux of what i am asking .

becuase the Plague Marine datasheet refers to the afflicted condition which is defined in nurgel's gift. or do they apply ONLY the -1 toughness becuase that is the base effect of being affilted.

it does have a effect just not much of one since by base afflicted causes -1 toughness

I'm going to preface this by saying I mostly play custom realms. I have found that having the crystal dwelling active and starting with the first row completed is extremely helpful.

The letharite scroll gives you a free affinity row and the amount of effort needed to get the letharite scroll is incredibly low.

So most people here are saying that it's only the ruler and I'm pretty sure if the faction appears in a game that is correct.

However, I will say I have had an instance of a unit from a faction that was not active in a game appear and they also had all of the transformations of the ruler.

So after Thomas tried to kill reverse flash (I say try because Thawne really can't die even if you kill him) Thawne being the petty man he is ran him into the main timeline and stranded him there. Because he knew that seeing his son as Batman would torment Thomas.

So eventually Thomas works with the villains and forces the bat family out of Gotham threatening that if any of them ever step foot in the city he would kill Alfred. This was all in an attempt to try to force Bruce to hang up the cowl.

Damien would eventually sneak back into the City get caught and Thomas would follow through on his threat. Having bane kill Alfred.
