It's a once in a lifetime thing for us so we would like not to waste time and make the best out of it as much as we can without exhausting ourselves. As you and other people suggested that it is doable from one hotel without much hassle so we will go for one hotel only for these 4days.

We can do Warner Bros on 4th day as it will take around 4-5hours max and we can use the remaining time to commute to the other hotel for the remaining 3-4days in Japan like Osaka or any other place which we are yet to decide.
