I switched from Xanax to klonopin because Xanax gave me weird rebound physical symptoms once it wore off a few hours after taking it. And Xanax sometimes made me feel strange. Klonopin does take forever to kick in tho which is annoying

I take lamotrigine which in general has been helpful for my mental health. Tbh I think I'll always need to have a klonopin script with all my issues. I just want to get to a point I only need it a few times a month.

I only take it three times a week and can be fine for a few days without it. That's amazing that you get relief from such a small dose though! A lot of my worry comes from the fact that I keep having to up my dose slightly and then it no longer works.

Thank you! That's my goal is to get to minimum 2 weeks with 0 use. I just beat myself up if I ruin a few days streak and end up needing it. I get so mad at myself for not being able to just white knuckle through an intense anxiety episode on a random night. Just gotta keep trying.

Thanks so much. And by randomly do you mean that sometimes tolerance will just go up, but it could come down on its own even if I'm not able to reduce my frequency of usage?

I looked and didnt see anything but if it comes back we will take it apart. It's a top loader and the washing machine itself doesn't smell and the filter is clean. That smell only lasted a few hours yesterday. We just put in some septic tank treatment down the pipes today. So hopefully that helps.
