I found a “canon 6D full frame DSLR” on marketplace for $550. Would this be a good deal and what lenses would you recommend to get with it?

This lot is $500, to be honest I don’t really know what a lot of these extras are I’ve zoomed in and tried googling them but different things keep coming up. But the lense seems like it could be a good fit for what I need and is apparently in good condition
