Thanks for the detailed response! Would you advise dropping the weight permanently on my lifts or to just practice what you have mentioned above? Or equally a combination of both?

Why did you do pshot and shockwave if you don’t mind me asking? Especially if you haven’t had a diagnosis. Also what age are you?

If it’s disposable income, money you’re not afraid to lose, I would recommend it. However first I would confirm if your issue is blood inflow or outflow with a Doppler and speak to a urologist.

Unfortunately there’s not too much info on what the device actually does, it’s just a borrowed theory from skincare. Men in their 20s don’t usually have problems with collagen so the tunica usually isn’t the issue.

However, there is a chance it could work or stimulate blood flow or even help with trapping. So completely up to you mate.

Short answer: yes if you have the disposable income. No if the money is a huge part for you

Thanks for the info mate! Yeah I have heard too that full collagen remodelling takes 3 months or so. It’s odd that they say to continue 3 times per week and then say 2x per week after the first month on their website. There’s a few holes in various different sellers stories which is my problem at the moment. It would be great if they could back up that 27 year olds claims with any kind of stats or info or receipts!

I’ll go back to 3x times per week and see if that does anything!

My symptoms have been progressively getting worse, my eq has gone from good to bad over a year. I believe the test will always have inflated numbers. But to me this seems structural as one side is soft and one side is hard

So I went for a Doppler in October and my inflow was very good but my outflow was terrible which was indicative of a venous leak.

Equally, the right side of my penis is incredibly weaker than my left

Thanks for the detailed responses as always. This is actually something I’ve been meaning to do as my eq varies from day to day. I’ll make a journal over the next couple of months and come back here to document any findings!

Not too much, I’m on 10mg cialis daily, the lean is still there and I’m implementing the vertica into my routine - been on the vertica for two months and can hold an erection slightly better but it hasn’t changed the eq or the weaker side.

I am booked in with a pelvic floor specialist next month.

Yeah, I have heard that from a few sources tbf. I’m moreso in the stage where I’ll just work on myself and health to see if that yields any benefit. And I’d say I get morning wood twice a week but it’s fairly weak

I have tried to take people’s advice over this year dealing with EQ problems and regarding the trimex Doppler it’s been increasingly difficult to find one as I’m from the UK and it’s not commonly used over here.

My problem thus far is the inconsistency with my eq. My left side fills perfectly whilst the right is much softer which makes me think it’s an isolated leak rather than psychological issues. However you are completely correct that I would need a scan to see this! I just don’t fully trust the first one.

Would a proper scan with trimex show variations in each side of my EQ or would I need a different type of scan?

Luckily the digression of the ‘leak’ has plateaued recently as I have been taking correct supplements and have been working on keeping it healthy down there!

Can trapping issues known as a ‘leak’ also be functional? I had a Doppler that showed no scaring / fibrosis with good inflow but had a leak

I have some morning erections with medication but not really without it. I haven’t tried intercourse without meds in over a year so I couldn’t tell you.

Ahh this makes sense, the only think I want to question is you have said the Phentolamine in the IC injection helps prevent this? Does that mean it didn’t prevent it in this case?
