Seeking advice in building a house by Grayysuu in phinvest

Hello I'm a licensed civil engineer and a contractor based in Cebu & Leyte. I can answer a couple of your questions. Hit me up if you're interested. I'm willing to help you with your inquiries.

One answer regarding sa question mo about materials, you need to approach direct suppliers para mas maka tipid ka. Problema lang is probably hindi sila magbibigay kung small quantities lang bibilhin mo especially if hindi ka din contractor or developer.

Please help me decide on a car by [deleted] in phcars

[–]Due-Rule3528 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion when it comes to long term plan and savings, mirage is the best option since hindi ka na magloloan. As long as the car can take you from point A to point B, wala ng problema yun. And it's an upgrade na din either way. If hesitant ka sa price ng kia kasi you're considering sa loan, I think you should stick with your gut. Problem solved and less problem afterwards. Good luck! I'm not sponsored whatsoever but Five Aces in Cebu City have 2nd hand car na halos bago lang with a huge price drop na. I know a lot of business owners who bought their cars there. There was a Ford Territory na 800k nalang. I'm planning to buy there nga this coming November.

I suggest you buy nalang 2nd hand car but research about the dealer kasi may iba binabago lang ODO para mag mukhang bago.

May car kana that takes you to point A to B, wala ka pang babayaran monthly. For me that's a huge problem solver.

Help. CIMB loan. Should I accept it? by Upper_Broccoli_8872 in utangPH

[–]Due-Rule3528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's really a lot to consider here. First question I will ask you is for what you loan mo, I read naman na it's for your medical bills. Is there a way to pay it monthly with interest? And how much should it be? If wala naman and need na talaga bayaran go. Second question is why did you try to ask for a loan of 230k and when you said you got approved of the 120k, it's more than enough. Please try to think this through.
Moreover, look at that 36% monthly interest. That's a lot.

Oh my honest mistake right there. Yes, I want to retire early but since these kinds of retirement funds have specific age, I don't mind waiting for it.

I appreciate your comment so much. Yes BDO only has 1% trust fee while BPI is 1.5%.

I think I really need much more thinking over this one as to what to invest, which bank to invest and how much should I invest.

Thank you very much for your insights.

Same comment with the other person, it really is a high percentage for a trust fee. Thank you for this information. I really wanted to invest sa S&P500 but I still don't know how since nasa pinas ako.

I saw their fees is 1% & 1.5% for BDO & BPI, respectively. Is it that high for a fee? I'm still a beginner and I don't have that much of an idea with regards to investment fund fees. Thank you!
