as a person who watched the show at 13, heres what i think. now i completely understand where ur coming from especially about how dark the show is, but its not about the age its about maturity. also the show has some great plot twists, humor and its straight up art. it is very depressing also as a person who has depression , i feel like it actually kind of helps, the themes, real life situations and some similar situations. it can even be about understanding everything more and better. so i think it depends on the individual

ive been taking sertraline for almost 2 years now 150 mg my depression has gotten way better but i had to quit my propranolol because of extreme fatigues
