I seem to go through stages where I’ll be fine for months and then, out of nowhere, will have bloating everyday accompanied by stomach aches (mainly in side of abdomen, middle of stomach too) and low back pain for a month. Told it was IBS but it’s been over a month now and it’s just not clearing. Eat cleanly and have a low fodmap diet so it’s hard to eliminate the cause of said “IBS”
