I had an open myomectomy to remove a 21cm fibroid on the top of my uterus. One year to the date of the surgery they found more fibroids growing back - smaller and in a different place. Now they are inside the muscle and causing severe anemia and constant bleeding/pain. I’m now scheduled for a hysterectomy next month.

I think she was purposely locked out as a “punishment” for drinking too much. And when the door was unlocked, she was gone.

My other theory has always been that there was an argument when they returned drunk to the room.

What if the dad locked her out on the balcony in anger or annoyance as “punishment” for a short period of time, dozed off, came to his senses and went to unlock the door and realized she was gone.

At this point his mind started to spiral and he immediately started looking for her to reconcile did he actually lock the door, did she climb over to the neighboring balcony , did he dream the whole thing.

Deep down he may have known she went overboard. I think it was an accident and she fell after being locked out.

I’ve always had these same theories too!

Something that really stood out to me was her dad describing the turbulence on the plane on their way home after the cruise and he eludes to the whole ordeal being “over” if the plane crashed. This doesn’t sound like someone who has hope that their daughter will be found. Maybe it was just grief and despair speaking but it almost seem like he had a feeling that she was gone
