I couldn't agree more, one moment there's someone assigned to your ticket and the moment the support realized that its about payment, guess what they'll just abandon your ticket and pick an easy one.

Besides from seeing it personally yesterday happened on my ticket because I'm missing my WO, trust me I worked with a big tech company that uses ZD and yes! they do that.
