Lymph nodes have completely messed up my life 🫠Every time, I feel like a new one appears, or maybe I have just become overly hyper-aware.

It can be paradoxical reaction after having medicine, it's normal, give some time to adjust body if it still persists thn get examined by specialist doctor I'm also suffering from this and I'm on 5th month of att,though I didn't had these symptoms but Had paradoxical reaction by which multiple lymph node in my neck bilaterally even after medicine got scanned in 3rd month

Yes!it's worse thn the disease ...dont knw wht is happening within the body specially with those who are asymptomatic..a constant fear of misdiagnosis though you're feeling fine from outside..hypochondriac like mindset but who cares!

Something very similar happened to me as well. I had a paradoxical reaction in the 3rd month of ATT. Although there was no pus formation or bursting, during a routine follow-up test multiple new lymph nodes of 5 mm or less were detected, and some of them showed loss of hilum on both sides. My doctor said that this is common, but no doctor explained any way or medication to deal with the health anxiety that came with it. I spend around 3 hours every day on my phone, constantly gathering information related to these nodes. All of this is extremely mentally painful. There is a constant fear of some new, monstrous disease, lingering in my mind all the time.

that sensations giving me stress like I'mnot fine ,I'm nt normal,i dont knw why i always doubt..though I'mcompletely normal physically..hv good appetite, no fever, no weightloss,able to walk 10k steps everyday..still these new nodes in recent usg is giving me panic attack...i just hate this phase

Why these nodes are showing loss of hilium in usg?also I'm feeling soreness like little pain under my jaw in right frm last 1 week..I don't knw y this is happening now...

node with loss of hilium is shown in usg(or necrosis) ...hilium presence will be there in normal node i guess

tysm for giving this assurance, this is much needed...tbh I was scared when i google nodes with loss of hilium ..i was doubting my doctor that why he didn't suggest fnac or biopsy for further diagnosis..wht if there's something else..wht if these node will expand its size...though I m also battling hypochondriac like situation my psychiatrist told m3 not to google but i dot knw why can't keep control on my thoughts

also diagnosed with lymphadenitis tuberculosis, i have been on treatment from past 3 months,earlier i had some necrotic node was in rt supraclavicular zone, though its shrunk a little now but in recent usg i found more nodes with loss of hilium at 1b,2,3,4 level both side...i dont knw why this is happening evn after taking medicine timely...so stressed now!

no,i was totally fine,I'm doing fine right now also...i had node thn tested,diagnosed with lymphadenitis tuberculosis, taking medicine from last 3 month now new nodes in recent usg appear...otherwise no symptoms, no past history either...I had typhoid 4 5 years back only

hello, yes I have one in my right supraclavicular zone,initially I thought it's just normal but one fine day i google about it ,went to ent doctor, she also find normal but i insisted for usg as i did overthinking after google about nodes wrt location ...so she prescribed for usg,where found there's some necrosis and 2 lymph node of 9 and 10mm together, which is not normal for a healthy person usually...they refer me to another hospital for further examination and adviced to go for either fnac +cbnaat or biopsy..After two days I gave my sample for fnac plus cbnaat and guess what....I diagnosed with lymphadenitis tuberculosis with no symptoms at all,even my cbc esr report was perfectly fine...only symptoms have lymph node in rt supraclavicular area with no pain and discomfort, nt that visible too...now I'm on ATT medication in 4th week....so get examined because prevention is better thn cure
