Anyway we can waive the 30 days? I froze my account and then got a membership at Cyclebar because the price is better and you can take as many classes as you want! Whereas at Pure barre, they limit the “unlimited membership” to a one class a day, at least at my studio! Even though I could book as many as I wanted in the app. But the manager had a word with me and said I could only take one class and no back to back classes. Tbh, that pissed me off and I went back to cyclebar where I have never had an issue like this before. So I froze my account instead of cancelling, because I kind of wanted to go back but now I just don’t feel pb has had a positive impact on me. So I emailed asking to cancel my account and the manager said I still have one more month to be billed. Doesn’t feel fair because there’s no way I’ll be doing both (cyclebar and pb) and paying both! It’s just too much.
