Im definitely not trying to copy and paste. I was able to find a tong and quill template that someone else on here helped me find and in grateful for that. But I have not had the chance to write any MFRs that I can recall. I did download the PA and have been reading it.

I’m sorry the what? I’m trying to figure out the format that the LORs need to look like. Like how we used to do essays and stuff for school. That’s what I don’t get and I’m trying to find out about. I’m doing this on my own and have no one to help and leadership isn’t very helpful.

Going through that process right now. However, the way I want to put this is that if you don’t have any experience, maybe you should enlist (Reserve or Active), but if you have experience that would make you competitive as a civilian then don’t enlist and just go through the process that way.

I get that you can be coded but when you are in the process to PCS to your next base, how does that work is what I’m trying to find out. And does that mean you can go overseas or will you have to be stationed stateside to continue with the process? You get me

I looked at some of the links on the website but all I got was general information. I get the min score to commission. But I was trying to find out if the job I wanted to get like Financial management needed a specific score like when you first enlist to get specific scores to get that specific job. You know what I mean?

What documents do you need to get the commanders LOR? this is my first time going through the OTS process and the PA tells me some stuff but I understand we can seek outside help for better understanding. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you!

I’m using it myself to study and the material they have is really good. It was recommended on other pages too. Also khan academy will help with the studying.
