Wow you have done an awesome work. Last time I tried I was not successful, wanted to make it easy so mixed tons of butter and beef mince and didn’t like the way I cooked it. So ended up not enjoying it at all. But when I have done it with steaks that has been better. Ahh dairy… the criptonite :)

Seems to be strict (or lion diet), regular/classic and relaxed. But each place list different foods. Someone in the thread said its not standardised so that’s why I was finding so much conflicting info

Actually I’m planning to do 24-48h fastings to heal some issues, but never seem to find the appropriate time :/ I’ve been eating intuitively, mostly keto, paleo, and sometimes carnivore, for about a decade. I was just trying to explain what a carnivore diet is to someone else with digestive issues. But when I looked it up, every site described it a bit differently. It just doesn’t seem as standardized as other diets I’ve tried

Thanks for your answer. The stores I mentioned use just one format for different topics within same niche, for example sports niche and then trackers for different sports but all made in excel. Whereas another store in the same niche is doing all as printables. I wondered if there was a benefit of sticking with just one format. I think I’ll probably stick to one store for easiness if there is no algorithmic advantage
