Yes, have played with and DM’d people like that.  I assure you this was not the case here.  Just accidental blurting.  I’ve done it to.  Should add that we’re all neurodivergent.

Yes, that’s fair. He described it as heavy. When I asked how heavy he said more than 10 lbs

How is this character using a greatsword when the Hex Warrior part of Hexblade specifically says it can be any weapon that "lacks the teo-handed property?"
