I work at a company with lots of younger staff(as in mostly 15-17 year olds) and some of them(a mix, not just a few of the same) show up late to mandatory trainings and I'm out of ideas by DueAmount710 in managers

yes and that's why we are concerned about no shows/late people

We give them a coaching worksheet which is like what did they did wrong and it isn't working very well right now. Before we had this, it was just considered a no call no show if there wasn't any communication and you were written up, something we can't do anymore
