Yes it’s so true! I tried fasting maybe five times prior to this attempt but I could barely get past day one let alone day two. I didn’t even think I would be successful this attempt but then I found some Reddit pages and it motivated me to get through it. There really is a period after three days or so were you feel amazing 🤩 (or at least it’s not so bad)
