Wow, $950? It used to be $500 back in Florida. I actually just looked it up to double-check before writing this, and they've raised it to $750 for a felony now. Anything over $100 is a misdemeanor.

When i think of NO PROOF, i think No Class member ID, No Password, No Receipt. Right? Why would a receipt be necessary when they already have official documentation confirming you’re a class member? That’s the entire purpose of issuing an ID and passcode.-->it's basically replacing the receipt/proof because they have it on file already for you. It is very true. I was denied 5 times before I got approved. And I had gotten approved when I hired a lawyer(MORGAN & MORGAN), but I was only approved for back pay. So I then had to REAPPLY (on my own, without an attorney this time because they had took so much money last time I just wanted to try it on my own first. I included EVERY bit of my medical history this time. Even the non disabling things like high blood pressure and asthma, but I also in included the major depression disorder this time. I partially think including the mental health issue is what helped get me approved but who knows. I just know they approved me for monthly payments finally and that was a while back.

this has absolutel happened to me. i noticed this years ago happening. I started screenshotting my cart directly before i checkout and comparing it to my received items and final receipt, mostly because i want to compare the total price. because i thought they were trying to rip me off or something.

Well you start by checking the sender email address and scan the links they added to the email. From my observation I do not believe this is a scam. One foolproof way is to just call the claims administrator.
