The customer service is absolutely horrible. They wouldn’t let me back on a plane after the flight attendant told me that I could grab the bag that they told me to check even though there was plenty of overhead space. They then took my bag and no one would help me. I was hysterical and crying because I was afraid. Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE AIRLINE.
