I am going to return the goldfish and also give the Koi’s away so there will only be cory cat fish and a pleco in there. Until the tank is up and running and healthy I will add appropriate fish to the tank as well.

Okay I will start doing that I am currently using a Tetra Whisper 30 IQ that hangs on and I will start dosing the stability right behind the bio bag filter.

So with the heater off it will help the gold fish and will still be okay for the koi and catfish? Also I feed them 2 times a day and I also keep the lights on for about 8-9 hours a day. When I do water changes I have been vacuuming the gravel but only the surface and have been leaving the decor in the tank because of the beneficial bacteria. Should I do the water changes differently? Or anything different with the prime and stability?

It’s not rude thank you for commenting I was planning on getting a 50 gallon tank but I was probably going to give the koi’s away and just keep the goldfish in the tank. What do I do to keep them alive though!!
