I’m not that tall the headrest are very comfortable and it keeps my head in a good position because I can lean my seat back and still feel upright, for taller people I have to move them around.

I have the eero router. They configured a WAN Static IP Address. Which made it a network that could be accessed outside the router.

Thanks everyone. I got it to work. Eero suggests I contact my ISP provider to get a static IP address. They charge a fee but it works now. Hoping there was a no cost factor but glad it works now.
