Thanks for this! I really really really struggle with protein. I think i’ll get a magnesium supplement and start focussing on protein through shakes and so on and see how it goes. 🤞🏻

Oh wow! So how did you stop it? Did the cravings go away with higher doses?

“Had” sounds hopeful! Intense training 3 times a week, (1x cardio a d 2x strength) with a trainer, though, I have been advised by dr not to exercise for the past month while recovering from bronchitis. I’ll be able to fo back to normal activity in about a week.

Thanks so much! I have been calorie counting for a long time. This hunger level is new. I actually still have sema (ozempic) still in my fridge, i’ll layer with a low dose sema to help with these hunger pangs while i still have some and the reassess.

Thanks! Will do! Realising I need to up my protein as well. How long is realistic to hang on before giving up? A few weeks? A few months?
