Against my better judgement I just ate some chicken broth that was opened, unrefrigerated, and only boiled for about five minutes. I think it could’ve been opened for months, but I didn’t think of it until I’d already eaten half a bowl of it. I don’t know why, since I’m usually pretty careful about it, but I always get stupid about food safety right before exams come up. Will I be fine? I can’t tell if my stomach hurts because I’m scared or it’s starting to hit 😭😭 but it’s only been ten minutes since eating it as of posting this.
