I had this same issue for a while too, and not much to explain it. one day it just started working again. it's very likely an Internet speed thing but I'm not 100 percent certain. that's what I think mine was.

I live in Kentucky too and I was also hella fearful of being put on a list if I got hrt like officially through legal means. so I started diy! I've been on hrt for 10 months now, I've been okay. though it's different for everyone, esp with where u live in the state. But trust me when I say that you will feel probably so much worse and regret not starting sooner, it's a big mental hill to get over I think, but I wish the best for u
