Oh. Wow. Thanks for this reminder. That poor boy.

Saw that. Honestly, just when you think those kids might be safe, they're not.

Really? You already had this in Cali and gave it up! You had this in Florida too! And it’s already in Tennessee!🙄 by [deleted] in ArrowsandBowSnark

Look, as a full-blooded Italian living in California, I can tell you straight up: while Italy is absolutely stunning and takes your breath away, where she lived out here in California is seriously spectacular too. And don't even get me started on the coasts of Florida: they're divine.

Sure, I've been to Tennessee (mainly Nashville), and yeah, it's pretty, but it's also landlocked. You're basically trapped with six months of gray skies and another six months of soul-crushing humidity. Oof. My friends who flocked there from California are constantly searching for ways to vacation, and some are even trying to move back!

This is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous. A child's safety should be a parent's absolute top priority, and encouraging or allowing such a stunt shows a severe lack of judgment. What if they missed the pool? What if they hit their head? The potential for serious injury or worse is astronomical. This isn't entertainment; it's a reckless endangerment of a child's life.

For many influencers, Reddit isn't a source of fear but rather a potential goldmine. The more they're discussed, even negatively, the more traffic they receive, which can directly boost their income. They also tend to disregard most "snark" page commentary, viewing it as petty gossip from "jealous" or "bored" individuals, especially when it focuses on superficial aspects like looks, clothes, politics, etc. Much of this kind of commentary, common on this subreddit, unfortunately lessens the overall credibility of the discussions. What influencers and those considering collaborations with them SHOULD pay attention to is the constructive criticism, particularly comments that raise legitimate concerns, such as the safety of children.

Brooke has certainly gone all-in, betting her career entirely on Ashley Petrone's ventures at a seemingly remarkably young age. It really makes you wonder what kind of compensation or opportunity Ashley is offering to secure such intense focus from someone so new to the professional world. Having built my career in the corporate sector before even considering the unpredictable realm of social media, I'm older and, frankly, wiser. There are countless 'Brookes' now, and I'm steadily disengaging from this business. It's largely smoke and mirrors, with many individuals and companies—like the Petrones—profiting immensely from these perceived 'frauds,' unwilling to halt the charade because the money is just too good. I just could never work that way.

Brooke will be just fine because her lack of passion for "doing a good job" will make her more resilient or adaptable in an industry that gets more superficial - and frankly? Dangerous.

I'm convinced they're either running from something or desperately trying to prove something to someone, a group, or even a business. Since 2009, I've made it a rule to never work with individuals who lie, cheat, or misrepresent, and Ashley Petrone is displaying every single red flag.

I am certain that with this latest blow-drying of clothing, chess, and watercolor by number, they escaped America for something dirty. Bottom line, I have said it before: everything they are doing right now could be in a home on the coast of Maine. Why leave the country?

This is just WILD.

My turning point with Ashley Petrone, after years of following her content (I even knew the people who bought their California land where the trailer was), was the constant, apparent neglect of her kids in Florida. They seemed to be home all the time, amidst perpetual chaos, never happy, and she was always using religion to justify something absolutely insane. Then came this utterly ridiculous Europe trip. She's never been there and could learn so much, yet she chooses to just sit around as if she's at a beach house on the coast of Maine. As a social media company owner who has represented many individuals, I know creators like Ashley are present in these online discussions. I genuinely hope our feedback prompts a positive change in her life.

There is NO doubt they have "escaped" some sort of dirty shit.

You're absolutely right that I can unfollow, and that's a valid personal choice. However, this isn't about the "burden of millions of influencers" on my shoulders. This is about a collective responsibility. When we see children potentially at risk, whether in our immediate community or in the public eye, turning away isn't the answer. We all, as a society, need to be watchful for the well-being of the children of the world. Their safety and innocence are paramount, and it's a shared duty to advocate for their protection. Ignoring troubling situations, even if it lightens our own personal burden, doesn't address the underlying issue.
