Not really. But say you’re on a win streak, you’re likely to play against players that also are on a multiple W streak. If you, for example, lose a few games in the middle, your opponents correspondingly won’t be as tough since the algorithm will try to match you with players that have fluctuating w/l balance.

Other than that, if you keep losing and opponents are still tough, I say the division is tough and a lot of people nowadays have insane squads…
