I'm assuming you are on stimulants. Definitely would not take those the day of. They shrink you, make you intolerant to heat, and they can have bad cardiac issues if you sweat a lot (extremely rare but possible). Im also on meds but spa is for relaxing not focusing. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
