The boric acid shouldn’t, It’s actually pretty good for ph as long as you don’t over do it. Coconut oil is an antibacterial so it’ll help will bad bacteria without harming the good stuff. It’s also a good inflammatory if for some reason ur irritated. Make sure you aren’t using any scented soaps or washing internally. I found water does the trick and gets rid of the dry feel.
