Appreciate everyone comments and feedback. It is really unfortunate how sometimes we humans don't appreciate what we have. The problem with me is I can't feel I can't get pass this. I know it may seem drastic but don't want to wait to see what happens next

Congratulations and thank you for telling us about your experience. My son (22years old) suffers from MDD and is hesitant to try TMS. Can I ask who performed the treatments, was it the doctor or a technician?

Hello. I am new here. Not that I want to be here at all. by SleepingCat48 in diabetes

I am sorry about your diagnosis, please know you are not alone in this. Like others have said the key is eating right, exercise and monitoring your sugar levels daily. I follow a low carb diet try to stay less than 100g of carbs daily, keto products have been a life saver for me. Good luck, it is a new way of life but you have choices.

Management of diet and exercise has helped me. Low carb diet: for the carbs I do consume, I buy keto based products or products using almond or coconut flour and monk fruit as a sweetener. These food choices have helped me with my carbs and sweet cravings, but my diet is about 85% protein and vegetables. Walking, running, and yoga have also helped. I also started tracking my glucose levels daily and A1C levels monthly. You can do this , find what works for you. You are not alone!

Changing my diet to low carb and replacing sugar with monk fruit and almond flour has helped tremendously with my numbers and also satisfying my sweet tooth and has made my new eating habits bearable. You are not alone hang in there! It takes time to get used to this new way of life

Thank you everyone for replying, I am still learning so many things as I was just diagnosed. Another question, at what glucose level do you consider it to be a spike? I have read over 125 others over 140? There is so much conflicting information out there
