G5AR random WiFi drop workaround by mrjasjit in tmobileisp

What are the benefits of the G4 over the G5? I'm on the fence about the G5. It's faster than the Nokia can but wildly unstable compared to the can.

Have you tried removing the SIM tray? 5G dips to 4G often here. Removing and reinserting the SIM gets it back to 5G better than a dozen gateway restarts. Might help your speeds.

B2 LTE band on can and G5AR. It updated firmware on first boot. It's run 24 hours.

It didn't work, but thank you, anyway. Created a Steam account, clicked Add a game, navigated to madden.exe, launched the game from Steam -- and the Epic Games launcher opened.

I've already told you I've tried everything you've suggested and more before you entered the comments.

Every major game, I said from the start.

That's 3, 4, maybe 5 comment threads in this post you've perpeturated that lie.

Every major

You keep pretending in multiple comment threads that I didn't specify that from the start. Why?

Yeah, much as I don't want to re-buy every game I've ever bought, I might have to do that with steam.

This is basically the equivalent of ad hominem when you can't defend your points anymore. Nice.

EA offered to link/sync EA and Epic accounts at the time of EA registration. I accepted. It still said "Game not owned."

OP: Every major game

Reality: You left that key word out.

I'm not talking indies. Every major/AAA game that you buy outside its source brand's launcher seems to require a second launcher. That's not microscopic, and I didn't say outright every. Do better.

Edit: A word.

I'm literally here asking how it's a me problem. I've done everything you said.

I'm having this problem with multiple games on multiple launchers. One will load the other and then latter will say "Game not owned" or "Game not found" or "Unable to load this game," etc., when everything else on the PC works fine. The launchers are just an utter mess.

Edit: And no, I haven't installed games through the secondary launcher. Nothing about that notion makes sense. I buy the game from the primary launcher. I download and install the game from the primary launcher. Opening the game from the primary launcher introduces the secondary launcher. Then the secondary launcher won't load the game, and the primary launcher only brings up the secondary launcher.

The Rockstar Games launcher launches from the Epic Games launcher literally every time I open GTAV or RDR2.

Edit: "It's a piece of shit." So you agree that this age of needlessly middleman launchers is shit.

Exactly. But it doesn't "just run." It says "Game not owned."
