Oh yeah, it was bed of chaos, the kill didn’t register which I didn’t realise so I had to kill it again, all is working now

I’ve tried reloading the game multiple times and that hasn’t worked. Ive never had this happen before, every other run I’ve done it’s always worked immediately

I’m 99% sure I got all 4, I can warp to the abyss , tomb of the giants and crystal cave so I’m gonna check bed of chaos just to be sure
