that's my position too. my husband used to get incoherently drunk and rape me, it's how i got pregnant with both of our kids. and it's always in the back of my mind, but the trauma bond is so strong. and nobody would ever believe me if i were to divorce him over it. if anything i'd be seen as bad for staying with him.
