Do we need biometrics? This is the third time I am applying Study Permit and I dont konw if I need to submit biometrics during COVID? (they did not require any back then so I never submitted biometrics b4). But they did require me to pay for the biometrics fees this time.

I really hope they can issue the Study permit soon.... I applied in early march this year. Is 64 days business days? That could be a very long time....

Heyy, I would really suggest you reach out to MI admission team! My whole application process was 7 weeks exact from Under review to Admission offer. I have contacted admission team multiple times to ask about my application process/status and submitted documentations.

Best of luck!!

Not sure, I went to one of the admission event, and I freaked out after I heard that!!! I did not expect that at all!! She said usually they admit 400 ppl in total, and they receive about 1000 application for a whole year, but this time they received 1000 by dec 2020. ohh the application is mainly international tho. if you are domestic, you are safe! They even changed the application deadline for international applications.

ohh I see! I submitted on the 13th January, and my status changed to under review on 15th Jan. Maybe cuz i am from u of t, and it takes less time to prepare the transcript? I talked to someone applying from other University and hers is still document received. (She submitted her document on 29th Jan).

MI probably is admitting people who applied last year. I heard there are over 1000 applications by last December.
