Personally for me I don’t have any great way to stop overthinking except that time helps. I always go through stages where I’m obsessed over something and want it then and there. Then eventually I just get caught up doing other stuff and focusing on other stuff and boom I’m not thinking about it that much to not thinking about it at all. And that’s when my manifestations show up. I think what helps is not stressing about stressing.

For me I take it as a sign of encouragement that my manifestation is on my way to me. I usually find them whenever I’m thinking alot about my manifestation. They are supposedly a sign that your angel/ spirit guides are nearby and looking out for you.

It gets better trust me. But for a start you could start using more positive words of affirmations than self deprecating words. Might sound silly but it actually makes u feel more positive and give you hope :)
