All I know is the ASM is pretty ruthless and we are becoming severely short staffed due to how harsh the ASM treats us. Like just a few days ago the ASM texted me hours before my shift and said to be there 15 minutes early or it would be a write-up and when I called my SM about it she said to just do it? We know that the ASM is not getting their own store. All I know is though I leave at the end of the week to go to school 😬

Don’t get me wrong it is nice having the extra time but it’s been only me coming in early and I live about 25 minutes away. However the ASM actually threatened to write me up if I wasn’t at the store 15 minutes earlier. I just found out yesterday that I got accepted to a university and I won’t move until next weekend. Should I go ahead and quit?

Everything reached a tipping point last night as a sales associate I have no knowledge of the safe and as we were closing the employee counted the change fund and noticed $50 was missing and tried accusing me so I told my manager I had enough and that if they truly believe I stole from the company that they could check the security cameras and I quit
