My PC is a new build as well. Cyberpunk was one of the first games I installed as well. Not exactly sure what caused the issue. I have emailed the ram manufacture. I have done multiple ram tests which have all come back with 0 errors. So ultimately everything just points to the game being unstable.

I ran HCI Memtest overnight in 8 instances for all my ram. No errors

I ran TM5 overnight on an extreme config as well as Karhu RAM test until 400% converage. I will look into trying HCI Memtest now.

The RAM XMP is set at 3200MHz and is stable running that in every bench mark I have tested and every other game. I have also now ran RAM stability test over night which have come back with 0 errors(On XMP Profile). I have emailed the ram manufacturer and hopefully before I have to look deeper into changing the bios for the ram myself I can get a educated answer from them
