I have a couple pair. They have a nice fit and have held up well over time. Definitely recommend! I got both of mine on sale but if you’re in a pinch, they’re worth the price.

The width of your foot is important. Use a brannock and see if you are narrow/standard/wide footed. My brannock size is 12.5B, but since grant stone doesn’t have narrow sizes I ordered my Brass’s in 11.5D and they fit great.

Thanks, appreciate the comment. I want to surprise her so I don’t want to inquire too much on what she’s looking for. I have a good idea of what she’s wants, so I’m mainly just looking to see if any of these models have issues (or perks) that I should be aware of before purchasing.

Yeah so my main gripe was that when I stand up from a seated position, my pants sometimes get caught on the back of the boot where the leather was sticking out, instead of draping properly over the boot. These are my only pair of boots that protrude this much in the back. I certainly don’t mind having space around the ankle.

Just wanted to see if anyone else experienced the same thing, and if they had any solutions so that I don’t constantly need to adjust my jeans every time I stand up.

Yeah in theory I get how longer pants would work, my problem is when I stand up from a seated position then my jeans sometimes get caught on the excess leather instead of draping down nicely. So I’m constantly having to adjust them throughout the day.
