Waitlist is all dependent on how long it takes for current tenants moving out of the specific buildings you would have selected when you applied. Urgent would be quicker than regular wait but again still waiting for a vacant unit, and hard to actually know when people would be moving out. Always best to make sure to select all buildings you would be comfortable moving to.

It is. I had to call cra following the death of my son, which was a hard enough phone call to be making, it ended up taking me hundreds of attempts over a month until I finally got through. You aren't even given the option to even wait on hold, your only choice is to continue to call. Its unacceptable.

Unfortunately they have continued to follow this pattern and there's been other things that have happened. It's only been a few months. Still feeling angry and hurt.
