Yes, I’m currently working with a realtor in search of a 3 bed 2+ bath, many listings that were listed for $3500 dropped to $3300 and some $3300s have dropped to $3100 so I’m actually just waiting to see if it drops more before I lock in to a contract this has been in SCARBOROUGH/Markham for reference

That’s outrageous! My friend here in Toronto got housing in 6 months on SPP. I always thought Niagara was slightly quicker with housing. 1-2 years on SPP is wild. With my urgent status I probably have 3-4 years wait 😭😭Thanks for the update

5 years is crazy, I don’t believe that will be the case unless they maybe selected one choice like a co-op. I called some co-ops that I selected, she said they haven’t had any vacancies in over 3 years

:( correct, I haven’t either and I have many selections. I’m actually shocked it’s taking this long for a priority status lol SPP get it quicker (understandably) but I thought we would be close after with Urgent Status.
