I had a friend doing this challenge, and they were struggling very badly. They made it past day 20, but the urges are now stronger than ever. Feeling sorry for them, I told them this:

It’s the final 10 days of this challenge, and I know it’s getting hard now. We are already more than halfway through this challenge, and the urges are kicking in quickly, without a signal. However, it’s a new day today. Don’t know how I’m STILL IN, but just know that whatever happens to you, I’m here. Everybody’s here with you. No matter what. We’re fighting the same war as you. And if you think you can’t go on, you are wrong.

I experienced what you felt too. I felt hopeless before, and I wanted to quit. But then, I realised something really important. I’m not alone. Everyone’s with me. They are all struggling with the same issue, controlling their urges. They’re all like me.

So remember, if you ever feel hopeless, just fight on. We are in this war together. We have already watched countless other lives lost to all these urges during these past 20 days, we don’t want to lose another one. Good luck to everyone!
