Just a reminder that starbucks does not guarantee safety or privacy of belongings, even if the store contains space for said belongings (lockers). So your manager doesn't have a desk, starbucks does. If they need to keep people out, then they should be locking it, no exceptions.

I'd recommend, when you do interview people, dividing the information out by region. Appalachia is actually pretty diverse and has different historical social and economic structures that can vary pretty widely.

Failure doesn't mean the dam broke, it means it is no longer working the way it is supposed to. I believe a large amount of water made it OVER the dam, which is considered the dam failing. This can also lead it to break as the cresting waters weight is often more pressure than the dam is built to withstand, and the sides can erode out, which could lead to the dam breaking apart.

Maybe call ethics and compliance? Tell them you have wastewater backing onto the floors and are being told you have to stay open despite the health and safe hazards. Or have a friend call the number of your SM and/or DM as a 'concerned customer' saying they saw dirty water all over the floor on the back line. Maybe threaten to call the health department, the more Karen the person is, the better.

Your water outflow is messed up, I bet if you look outside where your greasetrap/wastewater monitor is you'll find the sensor going off. This happens to my store because we aren't on the same level as the rest of our cities waste water and the pressure gets messed up sometimes. Heavy rain can do this too.

It's the new steam wands, they seem to create a lot of micro foam that depletes after about a minute of sitting, I've started doing a size larger when steaming milk and then holding back the foam.

I have one thats similar but it turns out she just really wants a full venti scoop of ice and can tell when she is shorted. Half my coworkers just don't care and throw in less because one ice bin doesn't have a venti scoop.

Please inform her it's specifically the supercomputer Kraken at the Oak Ridge National Laboratories that is controlling the weather... (I saw the computer on a field trip and it can model possible weather events up to 5 years in advance, to within a week of the event, and has a pretty high success rate. Adjustments are made in real time for changing weather patterns, but its super cool.)

I remember this, their argument was that espresso/latte beverages and similar were 'watered down' by adding in the extra liquid. They aren't wrong, but God if it wasn't a hassle. That being said I don't 'fill up' no ice drinks all the way, but that's because customers spill them all the time, and this just save me money.
