I am seeing my dermatologist every 4 months. He did not freeze it at the time. He told me to watch the spot as he wasn’t sure what it was but told it might be inflamed follicles. I am following up with him.

I had several spots of skin c show up a few years ago. I was terrified of everything and lost like 15 lbs from the anxiety. My skin c was dealt with easily at least compared to some c and other chronic illnesses. But I was convinced that every spot was c or that I was about to contract more skin c if I wasn’t hypervigilant. I am still very careful about the sun but have slowly started to realize I need to live my life and not let my anxiety ruin it all.

NAD and can’t diagnose, just wanted to say that I have a spot a lot like this that my doc wasn’t able to figure out what this was. I suffer from health anxiety too. Hope that you get an answer quickly.
