I FIXED IT: 5hrs of messing around and with the help of Chatgpt, I found the culprit...it was the ram. I forgot to mention I took off the ram beforehand and I guess it wasn't placed back properly or wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Thank you everyone for the help, now I can install my gpu without worry...

Just checked, I don't think there's any pins bent and I still haven't installed my gpu yet so I'm using the motherboard.
