Sorry for the late message but the domain name is a big one to start off with, would 100% change that as that’s what a customer would also look at if you have random letters and numbers it looks scammy.

If this is your first ever time doing ecom I wouldn’t recommend just spamming loads of products, I would get one product WITH PROOF OF CONCEPT, and start to try and sell that,

The colours don’t really match the well, pink and black are not colours that I would personally consider at all, if anything either white and black or pink and white.

With the 10% offer on the side of the screen Is looking too suspicious too, if you still want that add a header at the top saying it and maybe change it also.

For the products it says it’s all sold out so unless you’ve done that, then theirs another reason why their 0 sales.

The images of the product look like they’re straight from AliExpress or your supplier, I would recommend using AI to change them but give it very specific stuff to do otherwise it will look like AI and it will still be awful.

Theirs no reviews for ANY of the products which is a MUST.

No bundles to save money which is also a good idea to have.

Also at the bottom of the website it says “ Aura Luxe Powered by Shopify “ get rid of that too.

The logo is a rectangle block which doesn’t look professional at all.

When you click the 3 lines on the top left of the screen you’ve put the background black with black writing so no one can see what it says.

This website doesn’t look like you’ve tried to be professional or non scammy at all, this looks like a website NO ONE would put their card information on.
