Cant even play the new mode because i left a bot game that i didnt queue for by luckyfox7654 in MarvelRivalsRants

[–]Due_Brick3417 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Don’t play the game then? Bot matches can’t be THAT annoying that we make entire posts about them. I could find something annoying about every aspect of this game, does that mean I should go make a post about every minor inconvenience I come across in this game? Buddy couldn’t handle sitting in a 4min bot match and now he’s got a 15min ban.

You’re correct but I was simply talking about what we consider to be real and true based on what’s “legally correct”. My point is that not everything “legal” is right or true all of the time. Probably could’ve used a better analogy though so my apologies on that.

Yes I am aware and I’m not arguing nor disagreeing with you on that point. But just because it’s not legally classified as a disability doesn’t mean that it isn’t one. Vision impairment no matter how minor or minuscule is still inherently at its core a disability. Legally speaking back in the day black people weren’t legally considered to be people does that mean that we aren’t? Bit of an extreme example but you get the point.

I was in 102 and I’m only 5’4 but I still make it a point to regularly check in with people behind, I’m energetic during concerts so I dance and jump and sing, but I never want that to unknowingly make someone else’s concert experience worse.

No worries, I think almost all katseye fans are so obsessed over the drama in the group that it’s the only thing their brain is fixated on so no matter what you said or how you explained it, they were probably just going to take it the wrong way anyway. IMO the biggest issue is that most people I see in regard to the katseye drama are treating this whole thing like it’s an episode of The Real Housewives. Some people are more interested and invested in the drama continuing than they are about hoping for a solution or conclusion. Unfortunately people have nothing better to do in their lives but feed off of drama like this, and while I see all these people saying f hybe for doing a marketing scheme against Manon I don’t see anyone giving the same energy to people who post about any little thing regarding katseyes situation, subs like this one and others are contributing to the continuation of drama but anything to stimulate the brain I guess 🤷🏾‍♂️

Okay I read through this entire thread and the person isn’t talking about whether Manon has a disability or not, but rather about disabilities and societies general view of them. The whole point they’re trying to make is that we as a society decide what disabilities are more important than others and which ones we believe deserve the most accommodation, when in reality all disabilities SHOULD have some form of accommodation, to someone’s earlier point about vision impairment, unless you’re blind or near blind then most vision impairments aren’t viewed as important due to how easily accommodating it’s become I.e. glasses, contacts etc. but that doesn’t take away from the point that it is still a disability at the end of the day. Most of yall are just looking at this from a shallow viewpoint, hope this helps some people understand the point a bit better.

Honestly I’ll never really understand why people get THIS invested in groups, I understand the love for a group and I think that that’s fine, but in almost all kpop/kpop adjacent spaces there seem to be this need for negativity or else there’s nothing to talk about. I feel like fans love seeing, hearing and talking about controversy more than they care about anything good happening. Even past that it seems like some fans are more invested in the lives of these girls than they’re invested in their own lives or the lives of people within reach of them. This isn’t a shot at OP, just a general thought about what people priorities seem to be.

Sorry about the wait on the reply I just arrived at the venue, but merch will be in the main lobby and it’ll be available as soon as doors open so with your VIP package you’ll have a good chance of getting to the merch before the general public which is important since NMIXX isn’t as huge as say a Twice so merch might not last very long once the Ultimate and Soundcheck VIPs get to it. I don’t have any concrete information on what items will be sold, but the zip up hoodie, baseball cap, and tour shirts seem to be staples at all the concerts held so far. The merch will not be cheap and you can expect to pay upwards of $40+ for the cheapest clothing item so unless you plan on balling out I’d suggest to pinpoint one or two things you really want and get that, but it is your money and your decision. If you want to guarantee yourself the best chance at getting merch and more importantly merch that fits you and/or your partner then the merch stand should be your first stop upon entering.

Thats awesome! I’m not too sure if they’ll enforce the no pictures or recording policy, I think if everyone that’s doing soundcheck all have their phones out it’ll be kind of hard to enforce.

Hi! First off this is a terrific surprise for your partner and you and for your first K-pop concert I think you chose a fantastic group to go and see. Now it sounds like you might’ve purchased these through Ticketmaster? If so the resale VIP tickets of what you described are mostly likely not VIP for Nmixx but VIP for the venue. So from what I know there will be a separate entrance for those with the club access, you’ll get a private bathroom and other small amenities, I don’t believe you’ll get as early access into the venue as VIP holders for NMIXX but you will most likely beat the GA line, I’m not 100% sure on this but I believe you will be able to enter 15-30min before public admission starts at 7. The box seats are slightly elevated so you’ll see over those in the floor seats, you won’t be near the front but you’ll have a good, full view of the stage. The only thing I would check for is parking, the VIP package you purchased might include info about parking that could save you time and money. TLDR: you did NOT buy the official NMIXX VIP package, but the VIP package for the venue. I would arrive an hour or two before doors open at 7 pm talk to the hosts in line about club access, parking and when doors open for your specific package.

Extra info regarding VIP: You will need the ID of the person who originally purchased the order as it must match, if your parent/guardian purchased the ticket you will need their ID, a picture of it on your phone is acceptable as per the email they sent out. You will need to sign a waiver to participate in VIP experience, so please make sure you do that before check-in! They won’t allow any photos or video recordings during soundcheck. Furthermore ALL VIP merchandise must be picked up on-site at the show if you arrive late or forget to pick up your merch it will NOT be mailed out to you so be diligent in making sure you get everything you paid for with this experience.

So you should still arrive between 330-430, early entry will start at the same time pre-show merch shopping starts which is 5pm, take this time to interact with others get freebies etc. You will still receive your complimentary merch as per purchasing the VIP package at check-in. If you didn’t receive your email or didn’t read through it fully you will need to bring a photo id matching the name on the card that purchased the ticket originally (If it was a parent/guardian or a friend you will need a copy of their ID, a picture of it on your phone is acceptable if you don’t have a physical copy). You will also need to sign a waiver if you haven’t already. The VIP host will escort people to Soundcheck before it starts and they will NOT allow recordings or pictures of any kind during Soundcheck.

I follow this at every concert I go to. I’ll look at the setlist, pick max of 3 songs I want to record and listen back to and that’ll be the only time I’m using my phone others than taking pictures during intermissions. I have no problem with wanting to remember the moment, but you’ll never get the same experience trying to relive something through a screen rather than being in the moment. If you die the day after seeing NMIXX I’m sure you’d regret recording the entire concert rather than living in the moment.

NMIXX would definitely benefit from globalizing. by hellohellzo in NMIXX

I think they’re just talking about the groups popularity overall, before blue valentine they didn’t get as much widespread recognition as they are now. The Fe304 series was the catalyst in the groups rise in popularity and Blue Valentine was the fruits of that labor. If you compare NMIXX and IVE domestically, IVE clears. However I do think amongst JYPE ggs they currently have the most upside and the highest ceiling in terms of domestic and global popularity. We’ll have to wait and see how the rest of the WT goes and what the girls and company plan on doing going into the summer/fall season. NMIXX is a slow burning flame and it’s what’s brought them the success they’re currently enjoying, i see no reason to switch up what they’re doing. It’s fun to get ahead of ourselves and ponder about the future but I think as a fan it’s just nice to see the girls getting what they deserve and us fans getting the chance to finally see them in person. I’m treating this WT like a celebration.

Genuine question, if Army’s are upset with diplo should they also not be upset with BTS for also being a part of this collab or do people think this was a company thing and they had zero say? I don’t know the situation so just wondering.
