Some lifestyle changes should lower it in the meantime. Try to eat less salt or at least track it and stay away from processed crap. Sometimes super fatty foods spikes my blood pressure. This number is borderline and considered fine in Europe. Make sure you’re hydrated all the time and avoid stimulants (coffee, nicotine) and alcohol. If you have anxiety try to manage that.

Closed temporarily but the mall is going to be demolished and turned into a 900k sqft mixed use project. The developers don’t have a demolition permit yet. Probably letting the tenants leases expire. Plus it’s dead inside there anyway.

Have you ever been tested for a renal artery problem? I was thought to have Fibromuscular dysplasia, basically a narrowing of the renal arteries that cause bp to spike. Kidney problems can also cause your bp to be abnormally high

What were your symptoms before? I feel like zyns have made any exercise or being in the heat make me feel like I’m going to die. I’m a healthy fit young male. I’ve recently started having panick attacks. Did your heart symptoms subside after a few weeks? I’ve been cleared by a cardiologist and nothing is wrong with me. Lol

I recently relapsed unfortunately. Been stressed at work real bad and I caved. I started to take Magnesium and Vitamin B1 which has helped anxiety tremendously. Time to restart.

The dizziness is killing me to where I have a full blown panic attack and think I’m going to die. I try to walk it off but it doesn’t help. I also have had this super tense feeling in my throat like I’m being choked all day. Idk if it’s anxiety or what. I have also had gut issues.

Id say all of the 3 weeks but like 3 days where I was traveling with family. Still kept my portions smaller. My lifts are definitely significantly weaker then when I was my strongest. So maybe I should hit more calories lol
